This is a replica of the 1804 Draped Bust Dollar that is marked 'COPY' on the reverse. The 1804 Dollar was issued by the Philadelphia Mint with 2 reverse designs that relate to the placement of the words 'STATES OF' in relation to the clouds. This item has the Second Reverse, and only 6 specimens are known to exist. This specimen has a lettered edge that states HUNDRED CENTS ONE DOLLAR OR UNIT.
