US Mint Sales Data Analysis & Mintage Figures

This page is for cumulative mint sales data. We built an automated script that looks each day for new data reports at the US Mint's Cumulative Sales Figures. When a new report is found, we then insert the data into our own database and try to organize and interpret the data in various ways. One of the difficulties that many numismatists and collectors have is finding the most accurate mintage figures for newer coins being sold as numismatic collectibles, such as proof coins, sets and special uncirculated coins. The US Mint lists these products for sale for a limited time. When the product is removed from their shopping page, the total number of items sold becomes the official mintage figure. All remaining unsold sets/coins are destroyed. When a product is listed in the sales report for the final time, the sales number is known as the Last Known Sale (LKS) and becomes the official mintage figure that we use in our encyclopedia and other numismatic sources use in their own encyclopedia.

Most Recent Sales Report For Each US Mint Product

The list below shows every numismatic item that US Mint has released since October 27, 2024, and the corresponding cumulative sales figures for each item. If an item shown below has a Report Date older than 2024-10-27, it means the US Mint is no longer selling that item. This means the sales figure for that item is now considered the official and final mintage figure for that item. We will highlight these rows in gray. Note: To find the true mintage figure for a specific coin, you will need to find the sales figure for the coin itself, and you must also consider all of the separate sets and different products that also contain that coin, adding those sales figures to the total as well! You can click on each coin product below to view the entire sales history of that item on a weekly basis. Columns can be sorted; Use the search feature to filter by columns. For example, you can filter this list by searching for "Precious Metal Products" in the Program Name column to filter all items in that category, or you can search for "2016" to view all coins/items with the year 2016, etc.
