Great coin as described but this Morgan definitely has some sort of substance by the stars on the obverse of the coin. Hence PCI grading as most get damaged coins graded by PCI as PCGS or NGC would have given this a details grade . Still a reflective Prooflike beauty. Thanks for the coin and fast shipping.
