Caveat Emptor---This seller is misleading buyers on his website. I bought a coin at what seemed to be a fair price with USPS Ground Advantage shipping (which is stated in 2 different places in his listing), which includes a tracking number. That is proof the seller shipped your item and it is his guarantee that is was delivered to you. When I asked him where my tracking number was he replied wrote: Hi Again, I did not even give it a thought since I thought it was just normal delivery service from the Post Office ! I do know why I did not use the USPS Ground Advantage mailing method because the cost for my smallest packagewhich is a 6" x 9" brown envelope and weights under 3 oz., like yours would have jumped to $5.85 ! I guess it's live and learn. I'll go back and see what it will take to change how I need to mail things. Thanks, Joe". He went on to say "Don't worry about it-Have a nice day". My package may or may not be floating around in the system.

Reply by AZATTIC4U: Hi Frank, That may be because I don't add the cost into the sale price of each listing. There are still a few folks that pay the old fashioned way and I don't feel that they should have added charges just built into their purchase ! By the way, did you receive the REFUND that I sent when PayPal charged less that their rate chart suggested they would have charged ?
I am sorry that you feel that I deserve negative feedback for being honest ! If you take a look at each of my listing you will see that I tell everyone that there will be a fee added if they select to pay with PayPal ! Is that correct ? I'm sorry that you ordered something that you later discovered you already had, I can't correct that but I can refund what you truly have coming back once the coins are returned to me in their original condition. Frank, I don't plan on giving you negative feedback for the problem at hand and I would hope that you might reconsider your rating to me. Thanks and Have A Good Evening, Joe
