Reply by RedStormShop: Yes, I admit that I let this customer down when I failed to follow through on this offer from 2 years ago. The item was my first listing with USA COIN BOOK, and I used a new email that I didn't check frequently (obviously, I didn't check it frequently enough!). I've been selling through Etsy and our own website for 2 years now and have earned a 5-Star reputation with over 1000 sales. Please consider my inexperience when I let this customer down. I learned a painful lesson with that first oversight and have since delivered excellent service, products and prices. That lone 1-star feedback really hurts when I have just a handful of sales and reviews. Read some of my Etsy reviews (redstormcoins.etsy.com) and even the few reviews I have here, and you'll see that other customers have had outstanding experiences buying from me.
