Won an auction and paid on July 24th, 2017. After a couple weeks I realized the coin was never shipped and was still marked "Paid--awaiting shipment". I sent a polite message on August 19th to which I received absolutely no reply. I sent another polite message on August 23rd. No reply. Now I've initiated actions in PayPal requesting a refund before I escalate. What bothers me MOST about this seller is reading the feedback---when coinrookie warned us all--this seller attacked the character of "coinrookie". Many of us have bought and sold from "coinrookie" and know these character attacks to be false & irrational. This seller is unresponsive to my messages, hasn't sent the coin I purchased, and will attack the character of people who report the problem. Not good. Has probably stopped using USACOINBOOK or account has been locked?

Won 3 Franklin Half dollars bidding and was only sent 2 of them.Seller claimed his wife packed them and she is not the kind of person to forget a coin.He then said he shipped replacement and then after another several days and still no coin I opened a pay pal claims case and was then given a fast refund.Why lie about shipping it to begin with?This has never happened once out of over 2,500 purchases from here and e-bay.Oh Well,Guess it had to happen sometime.

Been trying to get my coin sense May 13, it's now June 2 and it hasn't shown up yet.Supposed to have been mailed twice and nothing.I don't know what's up with this seller but my patience has run out.
