Order placed 13 December 2023 (10 coins) never received, cannot tell if perhaps lost in the mail (?) no one knows. On Dec 28, I contacted the seller. inquiring about my order. Seller replied the following day; " It's a little concerning to hear you haven't received your coins yet. they were shipped Dec 14 in a first class envelope with no tracking. I am currently away from my office for the holidays and expect to return Jan 5. If you haven't received the coins by then, I will work on a replacement shipment...."
On Jan 8 seller messaged; "I'm sorry it hasn't worked out. I just returned to my office and checked my inventory. Unfortunately, I do not have suitable replacements. I am refunding your money. There is a very slim chance they could show up..." I received my refund promptly, however the fact that I could not complete my collections after 26 waiting days and thereby losing opportunities to buy elsewhere, substantiates my NEUTRAL FEEDBACK,
