I honestly do not remember the registration process when we first opened this store last fall. Sounds like your PayPal account registration is not being recognized by the USA COIN BOOK??? The only thing that I can suggest is for me to try and get the webhosts at USA COIN BOOK involved to walk you thru it. The interface between THE USA COIN BOOK and PAYPAL has been seamless with the two prior customers who bought from our store. If all else fails, you can mail a check or money order to us to close the deal (you suggested that in the second e-mail you sent to us). Did the checkout e-mail show you our name and address, in case we go with old school snail mail as your payment option?
