I bought 3 items totalling 17.00. They were small items and the postage on the package was 5.50. He charged me 17.95 for shipping and handling. I sent him a note asking why it was so much and he never answered. I wish he would have responded to me as I hate not being able to give him good feedback, but since he didn't respond I felt that I had to alert others about the fact that he doesn't combine shipping..
