This is the transaction where this item was finally paid for and I was able to send it to the buyer. In the other invoices by this buyer, this item was selected but not paid for. Apparently the buyer changed his mind about other items and canceled the invoice; however, it still appears in my box--I think this is the fault of the way the USA Coin Book web page works and not this buyer.

This invoice has appeared in my inbox for an item that the buyer apparently changed his mind about, and I don't know how to delete it. Should the buyer delete it? What happens now? It looks like I'm not responding to an invoice, but there's no payment attached to it and the buyer bought something else instead.
This buyer selected this item and another one; then changed his mind and could not cancel the invoice. I think this is the website's problem.
