Sending the winners of an auction 2 emails to pay up for a $13 item, less than 22 hrs after the auction is won, because you are leaving the country is not reasonable. Some of us have to work long days and don't live on the computer or phone. Having the integrity aspect to refund the payment was the best part of this transaction.
