Thanks for refunding my money for the coin you never sent. The status stood as 'Paid' but never 'Shipped'. I sent two kindly worded requests for the status of my purchase and each were ignored. I turned to Paypal as a last resort to get my refund. No apology from you. If you had sold the coin in your shop and were not aware that it had sold at the time of my offer you could have contacted me and we may have negotiated an option. As it stands now I will never bid on anything you post. Sad business model.
