It has been a little over 3 days and honestly no where does it say that you will receive your coins in 3 days. With all that is going on with Covid-19 it would honestly be amazing if you were to get an item you purchased online in 3 days from the day you bought it. I dont quite understand how this seems reasonable at all, I am however sorry I didnt reply immediately to you but again, with all that is going on with Covid-19 I am sure most people have been quite busy lately.
