Seller listed a 1936 Wisconsin commemorative and invited offers. In January 2021 I made a reasonable offer. No response for 5 months. On May 6th bought and paid for the coin at his asking price. No response. After waiting a week, messaged the seller to inquire IF the coin had been shipped. No response. Had to resort to opening a case with Pay Pal. Seller has no feedback (until now) and I've yet to communicate with the seller. I've bought 50+ coins on USA Coin Book with no problems. Draw your own conclusions.
