The seller Slytwyn opened an account on USA Coin Book on May 9, 2023. I won the auction for 1 roll 1964 Kennedy Half dollars on May 14, 2023 and paid same day via PayPal. On May 16, 2023 Slywyn refunded full amount without explanation. Did this seller chose to refund rather than deliver the item that sold for slightly below current market value? Perhaps a failed attempt to scam my account or a variety of extenuating circumstances? Regardless, I suggest you avoid this seller.
