Honest dealer. When my delivery was apparently lost in the USPS massive pile of inadequacy, I contacted John who immediately gave me a full refund, even though it wasn’t his fault and he was going to lose the merchandise. Then after a week or so, the item appeared in my mailbox. I contacted John and sent him payment. But his willingness to lose money to keep his customer happy was top notch and unexpected these days. I will do business again and highly recommend this dealer.
