I honestly do not remember the registration process when we first opened this store last fall. Sounds like your PayPal account registration is not being recognized by the USA COIN BOOK??? The only thing that I can suggest is for me to try and get the webhosts at USA COIN BOOK involved to walk you thru it. The interface between THE USA COIN BOOK and PAYPAL has been seamless with the two prior customers who bought from our store. If all else fails, you can mail a check or money order to us to close the deal (you suggested that in the second e-mail you sent to us). Did the checkout e-mail show you our name and address, in case we go with old school snail mail as your payment option?

Reply by kenjogemcoins: If every coin customer was so reasonable, meticulous and communicative like my new friend Mr. Phil near Philly, there would be more of us who love the coin business from the seller side of things. The USPS let us both down for a day or so, causing anxiety on both ends of the deal on a higher ticket 'one of a kind' coin, the Grand Daddy of US Large Cents --- the 1793 Chain Cent. The Postal Service came through when all was said and done, like they have done for us over 99.9% of the time over the past twenty-five years. Yours truly, a middle aged full time Coin and Currency Home Based / internet vest pocket dealer since way back in 1996, hopes the customer enjoys owning a rare piece of Numismatic History as much as we did here at KenJo Gem Coins in Maryland.
