This Notgeld (SN: A Ni 9085) is UNCERTIFIED and has been circulated, the paper is torn (on a fold) but there a no pieces missing and there is a fold longitudinally & crosswise. (see photo's) In my opinion, even though this is not a perfect example of a Notgeld, for history's sake this would be a fine edition to a collection.

I attempted to research this Notgeld with limited results-
1) Aktien-Gesel-Schaft indicates it was a public limited company in the city in the state (Bahnbedare Darmstadt) of Hesse in Germany.
2) I found a book written in German with a picture of the plane on page 75 (Fig. 26. Darmstadt-Eindecker.Geheimrat 1922)
3) Publication details: Das Segelflugzeug. Vol. Dr.- Ing. W. v. Langsdorff. J.F. Lehmanns Verlag, Muchen, 1923
