- One hundred dollar interest-bearing treasury notes from 1864 are rare with only about 5 known to exist. This is a unique one year design even though the series date, 1860, is on the treasury bill. One hundred dollar interest bearing treasury notes were only printed in the United States during 1864. The 1864 $100 interest bearing notes have a picture of Two Men sitting at left, and Men with Cannons at right.
