This is a replica of the 1798 Draped Bust Dollar, Heraldic Eagle Reverse, that is marked 'COPY' on the reverse. The 1798, Heraldic Eagle, Dollar was issued by the Philadelphia Mint with a lettered edge that read HUNDRED CENTS ONE DOLLAR OR UNIT. However, this specimen dated 1798 has a PLAIN edge.
