This is a replica of the 1804 Draped Bust Dollar that is marked 'COPY' on the reverse. The 1804 Dollar was issued by the Philadelphia Mint with a lettered edge but only a few specimens were minted. At least one specimen was minted with a plain edge. This is a replica of the dollar with a plain edge.
