O-108a, later die state showing severe "stretching" of the star points. Choice Fine or better allowing for the weakness of detail caused by the deterioration of the dies. Claims to VF – a recently sold PCGS VF-25 example did not show a heck of a lot of more detail (mainly on the Eagle’s left wing, a common problem spot). Coins like this are commonly "net" graded by the services.
