Item Description
O-115 (R-3), the variety readily identified by the die defect lines on the Reverse, shown in the enlarged image. Almost Uncirculated, surfaces fairly typical and almost certainly unearthed at some point. Nothing glaringly obvious in that regard, however that is my gut feeling. The surfaces do not show any obvious signs of cleaning such as heavy hairlines although there are some light scuffs (this might still certify if submitted). The coin still retains obvious signs of luster amongst the stars and on the Reverse. The color is slightly uneven, so possibly this just spent time in a hoard of misc. period coinage. Either way an attractive sharp coin in its own right, despite very minor issues that should not bother someone looking for a high grade raw Type example. I believe that I have accounted for any problems in my pricing, which is at Wholesale plus my fees. Please note that due to value this will require Insured shipping with Signature Confirmation, hence the S&H shown.
