ATTRIBUTION:**
Obverse (8): Star 1, 7, 8, 13 positions are 1, (4 -2), 2, 4
Liberty's mouth has a pleasant expression.
Date is low with thick figures.
Reverse (H): The "I" in PLURIBUS is far left of the 2nd "T" in STATES
Tops of 5 and C. are only 1/4 mm. from feather and olive stem.
Pale 1 of gule 5 is visible to the 5th azure line.
Azure line 10 extends fare into right wing.
