Die Pair 3 (W-03): A variety struck by the New Orleans Mint while it was operated by the State of Louisiana.
ATTRIBUTION:
OBV.: Date slants up slightly.
Clash in drapery below Liberty's elbow; drapery is very weak.
REV.: Large O mintmark very high and left.
Small lump on the lower side of the middle arrowhead, but
lump fades with die state such that it is only faintly visible on EDS coins (this coin).
