Item Description
Choice Almost Uncirculated, overall details very close to Uncirculated, with nice color. The slightly "pebbled" appearance of the surfaces is due to minor die erosion. Some VERY light, very old scratches on the Obverse to the left of Liberty's face, which I managed to pick up in my second image provided. These appear to be period due to circulation, not a cleaning, and are very difficult to see when the coin is looked at in normal light & magnification. Not really what I would call too much of a problem. This is also a minor repunched date (RPD), with clear doubling on the 8 and 6, more than shows in my images. This date has a lot of RPD's listed, however this does not appear to be a listed Snow variety. The repunching is light enough that any significant wear would make it almost impossible to see.
