1873 Proof Three Cent Silver CAC PR64 - Mintage 600

This 1873 Three Cent Silver has been certified as PR-64 by CACG, one of the top coin grading services in the country. In 1873, only 600 Proof examples were struck. This coin has an estimated survival population of close to that 600 number total mintage. Most of the coins were saved leaving the issue readily available to collectors willing to part with one. But, scarce it is and costly.

Many new items coming back from Baltimore but I found prices high and bargains were just about nonexistent. Maybe January's FUN will be better. Most were trying to unload their gold as the price is or was falling.
