Item Description
Uncirculated, certified PCGS Details for what they felt was an old cleaning. This was not chemically induced or harsh, most likely lightly brushed, an old school technique. Some of the slight uneveness of color is due to the use of a woodgrain planchet, common for this date as noted in Snow. Otherwise decent color with traces of original planchet color and no significant marks; absent the minor cleaning looks Choice Unc. I would say most suitable to crack this out and put it into an album - probably the vast majority of people looking at the coin would not identify any problems with it. Priced equivalent to a theoretical PCGS MS-60 coin.
