Obverse III23- Polished die that later shows multible die clashed with partial incused n of In from the reverse shows faintly next to Liberty head neck and faint partial incuse s of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of lower hair edge (Formerly Vam-6a)

Comments:
1. Previous die state is VAM-3A, next die state is VAM-3C
2. VAM 3B has the strong clashing at the neck as pictured, but little or no cracking above the cap. VAM 3C has the same clashing as VAM 3B and clearly visible cracking with some displacement around the cap.
