1882 IndianHead cent. Obv.&rev.-rotation offset & offset stamp-slight broadstrik

1882 Indian Head Cent...the strike is off center & rotation is offset comparing obv. & rev. IS this considered a variety? or error? Thanks. Just another one of my collected precious coins. Lol. Seriously, is this one common? My digital microscope was new when I took these, have more photos, but I may have to redo them if they aren't good enough. I'll dbl. back later & see what I can do.
