Obvious Errors:

Obverse: Date has filled in second number 8
Obverse: many letters appear filled in or even double struck
Obverse: crack through letter "R"
Obverse: letter "R" appears to be double struck (some other letters also)

Unobvious Errors:

Might be 1883 3/2 (3 directly over 2)

Photos taken by CoinSnap app and iPhone camera at 2-10x magnification. Both are insufficient to make a firm determination of overstrike. This requires a much higher power coin camera and proper lighting.

Considering sending this out to NGC or PSGC for a final call. The list price difference is considerable, so the extra expense/time may be worth it.
