1884-O New Orleans Morgan Silver Dollar in an NGC Brilliant Uncirculated holder.

The holder itself is scuffed   around the hair of Ms Liberty but the holder is not chipped or cracked or compromised at all. It is just scuffed and can probably be buffed out or improved. Maguire's Plast-X or a similar compound can be effective removing scuffs from the plastic slabs

The generic Brilliant Uncirculated Slabs without a numerical grade are typically the result of a bulk submission at a reduced rate whereby the submitter declared a minimum grade. If the coin did not meet the minimum grade (for example, MS63), but the coin was not a "problem coin", that is not cleaned, altered, etc., then it may be encapsulated in a generic BU holder like this.

This coin has good luster, is fully Uncirculated but is quite bag marked. It would probably grade in the lower tier of numerical grades in the 60-62 range if submitted would be my expectation.
