Good to Very Good, 2 to 3 letters of LIBERTY show clearly, a hint of a couple of others. I have seen coins similar to this certify VG at times. In this case, old cleaning as is common due to coming out of a very old set from the period when that was "OK", so unlikely to pass muster at a legitimate grading service. Still perfectly suitable for an average circulated set. Guaranteed genuine, backed by our firm’s 80+ years in the business, plus all the industry “garden salad” (PCGS, CAC, NGC, ANACS, ANA, etc., etc.).
