This '85 Philly is either a VAM 3 or VAM 4A. There is a dash under the second eight easily seen with the naked eye, I'm just not clear from the VAM World pictures which it is.
When I first got this coin I considered sending it in for attribution but a friend said that PCGS doesn't do VAMs anymore unless they are TOP 50. Don't know if that is true or not.
