1887 $1 PCGS MS63 (Rattler holder)

1887 $1 PCGS MS63 (Rattler holder). Perhaps the most mark free MS63 in the history of coin grading 🤣

Seriously there are almost no marks, hits or chatter on and have the cleanest fields on both sides of the coin. The cheek and all primary focal areas are equally clean and the coin has very nice luster and a nice natural silver patina

If someone else can tell me why this is a 63, and not a 64 or even a 5, I'd love to hear the reason(s).
