This 1887 BU Gem Morgan Dollar has a Proof Like finish and I would would rate it MS+++ BU Gem PL.
I probably priced it to low because I really believe it would grade out MS 63 PL, maybe higher, but I do need to thin my collection. I will consider offers but won't come down much.
