1887 Indian Head Cent Doubled Die Obverse (DDO) with fully original surfaces with even wear throughout. Good Grade. Strong doubling on AMERICA (the main pickup-point for this variety). The faint top portions of 3 letters of LIBERTY are visible, but not readable, and there are a few lines on the shield that are visible but not well defined. This variety is included in The Cherrypickers' Guide 5th Edition Volume 1 on page 64, and is indexed as FS-01-1887-101. Grading is subjective. Please examine the attached photos to formulate your own opinion in regard to grade.
