1889 P Brilliant Uncirculated Morgan Silver Dollar

This coin is flat out beautiful. It still has its luster and wonderful details. When I asked NGC where BU fits on their grading system, they said it would be an MS-60+. When I asked why this coin was not given an MS grading, the answer I got was that the person who submitted it requested this type of grade. They also suggested that I could resubmit it for grading and they would give it an MS status. However adding another $25 to my cost would not make the coin any more appealing to a buyer.
