1889-S Morgan Dollar

Not sure what tooling PCGS is talking about. All the "tooling" marks look just like the bag marks on other PCGS graded coins. Either way, this is a great deal on a very low mintage Morgan, especially one which meets VAM-2 criteria. I knocked off 45% from AU value. On a positive note: At least you know what you're getting from me as opposed to buying raw off USA Coin Book and having it graded only to find out its not what was advertised.
