1897-S Barber Quarter Scarce Key Date G Original Surfaces Full Obv Rim
The 1897-S Barber Quarter is one of the scarcer semi-key San Francisco issue Barber Quarters in the series. This example is in G or Good condition and displays a full obverse rim and a reverse rim that's about 80% complete.
No signs of cleaning or other issues to point out which in and of itself is quite scarce for these workhorse coins that saw so much commerce and use by the public at the time of their minting.
