1903-O Barber Half Dollar PCGS VG10 Crusty Original So Close To Fine!
Better Date 1903-O New Orleans Barber Half Dollar freshly graded by PCGS as PCGS VG10.
2 Strong, Full Rims, all 7 letters of LIBERTY at least partially readable with most of the weakness being on the IB in LIBERTY. Nice leaf detail on the wreath/diadem and 3 dimensionality starting to show on the stars, face and other higher relief details.
On the reverse we see close to half of the eagle wing feathers showing some definition and all other details are approaching Fine status.
Factor in the wonderful dusty gray/brown patina of an unmolested circulated Barber and this specimen becomes all the more desirable (and scarce). Very pleasing and appealing and excellent eye appeal for this grade level.
