A lot of uncertified coins show no luster as the seller has taken the coin and shot it through various lights and touched up the photo so you have a coin with little or no bag marks but no luster. The result for them is a higher price and more profit. When you receive the coin the bags marks will be there and sometimes the coin has been cleaned.
