Item Description
Choice Very Fine, equivalent to what would normally certify VF-35. This coin was recovered out of a California hoard as were many of the coins I am currently listing, and cleaned at some point to remove darker toning. The color is a bit off due to the cleaning, however the surfaces have darkened back and are reasonable looking. Certainly better than the typical scrubbed crap Barber Half you commonly encounter. Very close to Extremely Fine, with obvious luster remaining around the rims. No damage. Discounted for the old cleaning, normally a $250 coin.
