I would grade this around an F10 since it does have part of its reeded edge markings on it and a bit more of the liberty showing then a coin in the F10 grading. Although grading are a bit subjective these is my thought on it.
Has good rims and smooth surfaces for the most part. Really nice dime for a collection and a part of US history.
