1909 S Lincoln Wheat Penny

Here is a 1909 S Lincoln Wheat Penny that has been graded by PCGS as AU 50. As the photos indicate, the reverse has slight tinges of red, but not enough to justify a designation of this coin as an RB. It truly is an outstanding coin that would fit well into any collection. And, for what it is worth, the photos also indicate that the front, unlike so many other coins, is aligned almost exactly with the reverse. USACoinbook warrants that if you were to go a dealer to purchase an AU 50 coin, you would pay about $306. But you can have this graded coin for only $275 (including shipping).

This item is a part of a liquidation sale currently in progress and is priced to sell. Retirement looms and with no one else in the family interested in this pastime, it is time to find new homes for all of my coins. Please note that other avenues of liquidation are being explored so this particular item may not be around much longer.
