This is definitely just a hole filler coin. The reason I put the question mark, after the mint mark, is because the mint mark is pretty much flattened. I believe it's an S because, under magnification , there appears to be a bump in the blob on the upper right. If you have a copy of the Mega Red Book look at the picture of the 1909 S over horizontal S. You will see that the early S mint mark had heavy serifs. The upper point of the serif is what I think that bump is.
There is also a rim bump near the mint mark area.
