Payment Terms:

• Items MUST be paid within 36 hours after agreeing to purchase, or the transaction will be canceled.
• We can only accept PayPal as a form of payment at this time.
• All information in the buyers PayPal account must be up to date and correct.
• We will not change any buyers address in their PayPal account.

Shipping Terms:

• All items are shipped either by USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail. (You can choose your option at checkout).
• All items will include a tracking number. The tracking number will be uploaded on the USA Coin Book website once we have processed & shipped your item(s).
• Tracking information can be found on the USPS website in order to track the progress of your order.
• We do not have any control over the post office handling or delivery times for any order. Once we have delivered your package to the post office, it is no longer within our control. Sorry, we cannot give any other tracking information other than the same information you receive.
• Shipping rates are not negotiable for any reason. If you are not satisfied with the rates, please do not purchase the item. There are many factors that go into shipping an item such as envelopes, postage, and other handling fees.
• Please allow ample time for your package to arrive. The post office is not the most reliable entity for delivering packages on time.
• The buyer is solely responsible for insuring their address is correct in their PayPal account an USA Coin Book account before making a purchase. We the seller are not responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable addresses.
• All packages will be shipped within 24-36 hours after we have received your cleared payment.
• We do not ship the day before or the day of any Federal holiday due to security reasons. We also do not ship to any address outside the United States.

Combined Shipping Terms:

• We will combine shipping on all items we have listed for purchase. The combined shipping rate is stated in each listing that is posted. Rates are not negotiable.
• Items that are not paid for on ONE INVOICE do not qualify for combined shipping. In order to receive combined shipping, you MUST use the shopping cart and pay for all your items at once.
• Individually paid invoices will be treated as separate transactions, and will be billed and shipped as such. We will not combines any separately paid invoices at a buyer's request.
• There is no need to suggest or tell us how to ship an item, or what it costs. We are aware of shipping procedures and costs.
• Combined shipping charges will be automatically be applied at checkout. There is no need to contact us.

Best Offers:

• We will not take and offers on our items unless it specifically states that we are accepting offers on an item in the listing itself. Any messages asking us for a "discount" or "best price" will be ignored.

Cancellations:

• If a buyer wishes to cancel a transaction, regardless of reason, please advise us and we can cancel the transaction. However, if we have already dropped off your package at the post office, we cannot cancel the transaction until we have received the item back from the buyer.
