Choice Fine (Fine-15+), just short of Very Fine in my opinion, however I have seen coins like this certify as a VF-20. The early Walkers are known for a softer strike and commonly given a "mulligan" by the grading services. Certainly many ebay dealers would have no problem calling this "VF".
