1917 Standing Liberty Quarter Type 1 PCGS F12 Sweet Original Surfaces
Popular 1917 Philadelphia issue Type 1 Standing Liberty Quarter freshly graded PCGS F12.
The Type 1 Standing Libverty Quarter is a very short lived Type Coin, existing only very briefly in 2016 (the last 2 weeks of the year), and halfway through 1917. At the time, the people were up in arms over the inapprporiate design of the bare-breasted Ms Liberty and halfway through 1917 the design was modified to include chainmail covering up the breast of Liberty.
This is a wonderful example just graded F12 by PCGS with a thick grey patina, lightly toned and solid for the grade.
The coins in the photos are the exact coins you will receive.
