An original coin recovered out of a California hoard - unlike many of the others, this one escaped being cleaned. "Perfect" soft gray color with obvious light remaining luster around the rims. Unfortunately, a relatively light scratch on the Obverse, which while not too deep is relatively fresh and catches the light. Otherwise this coin would certify in a normal holder and would already be off to PCGS. My impression is that in the current state, all that can be expected is a Net Details holder, so I did not bother. Still attractive and worthy of consideration for a mid- to upper-grade circulated set. I also have several other coins of the same date available in higher grade, listed here as well as on ebay.

This seller has enabled "Manual Invoice Approval" on their account. This means that after you complete checkout, you will NOT be automatically redirected to PayPal (if applicable) and will not be able to complete payment immediately. Instead, the seller will review the invoice and may, or may not, add or subtract additional charges, as explained in their policies and/or listing description. When the invoice is updated and approved by the seller, you will receive an automated email notification later, and you will be able to pay the updated invoice as you would normally.
All checks must clear prior to payment of purchase, which may take up to 12 Business days. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS, PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE PRIOR TO PAYMENT. I combine all shipping charges to the minimum necessary to get purchases to the customer. Please be aware that the USPS has recently increased postage for package shipments and Insurance - $7-$9 for shipping may look like a lot, but it barely covers my actual cost. If you have any questions, just ask.
